SaffronSoho
Our story

Soho's late-night Indian, for years.

Real Indian food, made well and served warmly, at any hour.

Saffron Soho is the Old Compton Street Indian restaurant formerly known as Maharaja Soho, now part of Ayman's Restaurant Group.

For years this room has fed Soho late into the night: theatre crowds, hospitality workers coming off shift, and locals who know the kitchen is still on when others have closed. The name has changed. The food, the hours and the welcome have not.

What we stand for

Warm, generous, accessible Indian food. Not a concept, not fine dining. Just real Indian cooking, open later than anyone else in Soho.
